To meet our aims Child Care New South Wales will: - Promote excellence in childcare.
- Help members manage their business by understanding member's professional and business needs, by supplying information designed to meet those needs, and by connecting members to decision-making systems.
- Assist and advise members with licensing or regulatory issues with the Department of Community Services.
- Represent the private sector and individual members in industrial matters, and supply information and explanation on wages and award conditions.
- Help members understand and apply the Quality Improvement and Accreditation System.
- Give members a responsible voice in decisions that affect private childcare operators and our child and parent customers.
- Help decision-makers make better decisions about childcare through good information obtained by research, case-studies, analysis of impact studies, and by sharing ideas on sensible risk-management strategy.
- Work with all levels of Government to minimise red-tape for childcare services and families by improving the coordination of all stakeholders.
